Choose your preferred time for your chef’s visit.
All the chefs can cook all recipes.
The assigned chef will shop, prep, cook in your kitchen, store the meals, and clean up.
The chef will teach upon request.
Each authorization is for up to 6 chefs visits, every other week.
To get the most out of your 6 appointments, start your service as soon as your authorization is approved. Any unused appointments will expire 90 days after authorization approval.

It costs you nothing. The health plan pays for everything, the groceries, the chef's cooking time, and a cooking lesson add on.
All the chefs cook all the dishes. Select the day and time you are available and the platform will match you to a chef.
No. The chefs can cook in your kitchen while you are at work, or running errands, or busy doing other things. Please provide them instructions on how to get in, where to find the ingredients and the cooking equipment needed, and they will take it from there.
We do suggest that you add the cooking lesson add-on, and learn how to cook one of the meals in each visit.
To have a successful cooking experience and great results we recommend the following:
- Clear the counters and clean the sink to make room for the chef to cook.
- Clear space in the refrigerator to make room for the delicious food the chef will cook for you.
- Place the non-refrigerated ingredients on the counter as well as the dishes, pots and pans they will need to use.
- If you require guests to remove shoes at home, please note that chefs are required to wear shoes for safety reasons. To accommodate your policy, kindly provide booties (shoe covers) for the chef to wear during the cooking process.
You can book up to 6 appointments, every other week.
We ask to select the meals 4 days in advance for a one off orders, to allow the chefs enough time to connect with you and prepare for the cooking.
Once you book recurring appointments with your chef, you can choose the dishes up to 48 hours in advance.
The chef will cook for you 8 differernt meals, 4 servings each. You will have a total of 32 meals.
